We think we are so lucky to have someone like you as our Realtor. As you know, we were so much nervous about buying a new house originally. We are first time home buyers and we come from India with the intention to go back some time soon, but still wanted to provide “house” environment to our kids and not lose money in the house, especially in this market. We first met Kevin when he hosted a nearby open house and we were quickly impressed with his knowledge of the real estate industry. When it was time to put our house up for sale, Kevin came to mind as one of the real estate agents that we wanted to interview. He was extremely patient and sensitive to my needs during this difficult time and the emptying of the house. In December of 2014 my wife and I purchased a home we thought we’d live in for 30 years. Six months later, an unexpected event happened in our lives that required us to place our home on the market. Not only was this my first time selling a house, but this was a rental home as well. Kevin took me in and treated me like family, not only did he have my back but he taught me so much.
